The home will accommodate up to 11 guests, with 1 King-size bed, 1 Queen-size bed, 2 Full sofa sleepers, and a Twin/Queen bunk bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and eat at home, including a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The living room has a gas fireplace for cozy evenings, and a flat-screen TV for watching your favorite movies or shows.

Security Deposit:
A $500.00 security deposit will be held during your stay. If you or anyone in your party does any damage to the home you may be charged up to $500 for repairs. If no damages occur during your stay, and or no repairs
are needed, then the funds will be released after your stay concludes.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14-days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days
before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in.
